1) I agree because there will be no competition against one another
2)Others that are better must help lower ones to be the same as themselves
3)Support by tutoring, and helping increasing their knowledge
4)Might take along time to achieve this process
5)Maybe if they try
6)wearing mask and being mysterious, and wearing ear phones to stop thinking
